Ordered storage decor boxes for child’s room was supposed to be delivered in January still no sign of them and no updates

Ordered a bunk bed for my grandchildren and it was delivered within ten days. Delivery guys were more than helpful. The bed purchased (Cambridge Bunk Bed) was un damaged and complete of all items. Quality of the white spray finish was very good although not quite perfect which is a pity because for a very small investment in attention to detail this product would have received six stars (yeah I know). Clear building instructions and the only tools required are a screwdriver and a supplied allen key. That’s it. It’s very sturdy and fitted together very well. Very easy construction.

Purchased new kids cabin type bed in September 2022. Faulty parts identified, and contacted "customer service".
After several failed attempts to rectify, including deliveries of multiple wrong items, by end of January 2023- parts still not replaced. With suggestion that I should go out and source required screws/ bolts.
Despite multiple requests for a call from Sales/ Customer Service Manager, they still can't be bothered picking up the phone.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I will never order from this company again. They say they didn't receive any emails from me - they were definitely sent (another reviewer seems to have had the same problem), and now because I ended up having to order from somewhere else they are refusing to take the item back. Yes - I am a little outside their 14 day return period but it was Christmas and given the circumstances of the order a company providing good customer service would perhaps be a bit flexible. Not this company.

Ordered over a wk ago said would dispatched next day still not received and No tracking info I have asked for a refund and was not it was not possible

Awful. Purchased a bunk bed from this outfit and the bed is damaged. Have made it clear that I’d like a replacement product or refund but they are trying to push responsibility on to the manufacturers of the bed. Pease be careful when ordering as this organisation won’t honour your consumer rights. I am now left having to take this matter up with trading standards. Avoid.

Bought the white Jubilee bed and the recommended kids allergy free mattress. Mattress arrived weeks before the bed. Bed is lovely but the mattress is FAR too small. It measures 180cm and not 190cm as described. We cannot use it like this as the gap is ridiculous but because of the delay between the two deliveries the refund period for the mattress has passed. I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing! RTG - I have a photo if you want proof!

Really disappointed bought the Girona mid sleeper. Instructions were wrong, we didn’t realise this until trying to fit the drawers which didn’t fit because the instructions told us to do the opposite of what we should have done. Holes didn’t align well in the bed overall. Ended up with cracks in the wood. Terribly made and would not recommend, ikea furniture is much better and not as expensive. I paid a lot of money for this bed and have not got what I paid for.

I wrote a review on the issues I had with my sons bed and draw units a month ago to which room to grow replied asking me to send pictures to see how they could resolve the issue and have had no response!!!?
I would advise anybody looking to buy items from this company to AVOID, there products are poor quaint and overpriced and there customer service is just as bad.

We brought a set of tall draw units which look nice but when assembled are really flimsy and not very sturdy at all.
We also brought a bed for our 4 year old which fell apart and then replaced with a new one which also fell apart. I’ve now had to screw brackets on the bed to keep it together. Over priced and poorly designed to fix together.

Wardrobe delivered efficiently but some pieces had been damaged in transit. Got to say customer service team were polite, helpful and processed the pick up and refund efficiently. I would use them again as looks like they've improved from previous mistakes

I often use electric tools with this sort of thing. if you are careful and you set the clutch really slack and operate it slowly then impossible to overtighten

We are delighted with the Jubilee bunk bed we bought for our boys, and they are too. It can be difficult to gauge a product without seeing it in a shop, but the colour is perfect and the bunks are really sturdy, even better than the pics. I’d recommend two people to put together but it was really straightforward. I ordered my bunks over the phone as I needed just a little bit more advice about which bunks would be best for us and found them to be really knowledgeable and super friendly. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely be back for more in the future!

Genuinely the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with , placed order beginning of February and paid for it now end of March still no bed for my son they ignore phone calls and emails cancel deliveries without notifying you rearrange deliveries without informing you , and now are refusing to issue refund , matter now being handled and dealt with by PayPal. Avoid this company at all costs they even answer the so called business phone line with a "hello" and nothing else like it's a residential land line. Absolute chancers

Awful and unfair. Asked for a price match as advertised on their website, got it declined but also bought immediately they put the price up of the item I wanted by £20. This is how they work. The other colours stayed the same price but the one I asked about was put up in price. Furious!!!

Extremely dissatisfied. Absolutely awful service. The bunk bed is not easy to assemble without electric tools. Electric tools though are not recommended. Thus be prepared for blisters as you need considerable force to get some of the screws in. The mattresses that were delivered were too short for the bed. Follow up support very poor. During the process of the order I must have called about 25 times to get information and only received useful information about twice.
